During my pregnancy yoga classes I will guide you through poses and sequences that will help you to build muscle memory to prepare for birth.

Hi, I’m Jess

I’m an experienced pregnancy yoga teacher, providing tailor made pregnancy yoga classes in Norton.

I started my yoga journey in Asia, as the least flexible person in every class I attended, so I understand how daunting yoga can be!

However, pregnancy yoga is about more than physical postures. My classes will help you to move safely, physically prepare for labour and leave you feeling calm and relaxed.

From unprepared to all set

My classes are for you if you:

  • Are interested in learning how to encourage baby into a great position in the womb ready for birth

  • Want to stay strong and mobile throughout pregnancy and prepare for an active labour

  • Explore and practise active birth positions

  • Learn a little science to understand how and why these positions work

  • Have felt or are feeling anxious or worried

  • Would like to meet, connect with and share the highs and lows of this journey with other mums-to-be 

  • Are looking for small, friendly classes that are tailored to your unique needs.

£17 per class on a pay as you go basis or

£15 per class when booked as part of a class pass

I am passionate about providing classes that meet everyones unique needs and therefore classes are limited to 8 places per class.

I like to make sure my classes help to support your unique pregnancy journey. Before your first class, we’ll have a 20 - 30 minute chat so I can find out more about your pregnancy so far and what you may need support with.

*Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable from 14 weeks, following your 12 week scan and subject to clearance from your GP or midwife.

Current in person classes (booking essential):

  • Thursdays 6:00pm - 7:14pm St Mary’s Priory Community Centre, Old Malton

£17 per class on a pay as you go basis or

£15 per class when booked as part of a class pass

If your estimated due date is soon, and you are unable to commit to a class block, please contact me.

I am passionate about helping all women to access yoga. I sometimes offer pay-what-you-can classes for those who are unable to pay full price. Please contact me for more information.
